Removing wall in Kitchen. Extending out over existing kitchen creating a bedroom/ensuite.
The existing kitchen wall from a previous ground story extension was removed to open up the whole area using an RSJ. The floor was levelled and new flooring fitted. New wiring where needed, new distribution box, spot lights. Fitted a fantastic kitchen with an island creating a modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Extending out over existing kitchen and cutting into the existing roof line creating a large bedroom with a vaulted ceiling with pendant lights and spot lights. A spacious en-suite shower room was created off of this bedroom.

Double glazed window inserted in brick wall with lintel, also concrete block wall build in garden.
Very happy with Jake and his team. Those we met were professional, friendly and polite. Work completed to very good standard and building rubbish cleared immediately. Would certainly have no hesitation in contacting them again. With builders being so busy because of the current situation, I appreciated Jake keeping in touch to update me when and why start dates had to be changed. Good communication is important.

Lounge renovation
Highly recommend Jacob and his colleagues. Did an incredible job renovating our living area - no job was too difficult or troublesome. Well project managed, tidy throughout and brilliant with the kids too!
