I was given a price for the work and at the last moment he informed me that he hadn't ordered enough skirting boards and couldn't source anymore so he will have to look at something else and would I be prepared to pay the difference which turned out to be £110 more than the original quote, I felt like I had been scammed by Jack Hefford who in his ad says he is a bespoke carpenter which to me needs precise measurements, so how could he get the measurements wrong for my skirting.

I had some reference images in mind but I was blown away by the finished product. It was made to fit in with my existing furniture and ties the room together perfectly. The size of my books was taken into account so now all my books fit perfectly on my shelves. Couldn’t be happier!!

Excellent from start to finish. I described what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted with the perfect finish, with advice on which hinges and handles would look best. Now I have a gorgeous, bespoke, made to measure shoe cabinet which looks perfect.

Jack created a beautiful essential oils shelf, that also holds all of my ornaments. Perfect craftsmanship, no mess and extremely happy with the finished product! Priced incredibly reasonably too !
