Daniel and Sam from Temcon were excellent from the outset. They provided a range of quotes, from high-end to more affordable options, and included specification sheets that made it easy to compare and choose the right solution. This level of detail was noticeably lacking in many of the other quotes I received. They installed two Samsung split units in my bungalow, and the finished work appears to be of a high standard. They also kept the workspace clean and tidy throughout. Communication was clear from start to finish, I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, quick to respond to enquiries, provided quotes for different solutions, is very knowledgeable about all the different units available, friendly and reliable. Daniel and his son installed units in 3 bedrooms and worked tirelessly to get the installation done as soon as possible as we were in the middle of a heatwave. Kept their work clean and tidy and we are delighted with the work done. Would highly recommend. We will use Temcon to carry out the annual servicing too.
