  Extension to side of bungalow with new hand cut roof and loft conversion

  My first impression was very positive he filled me full of dreams and great idea's but the reality is he's a sheep in wolves clothing this builder mr H.fanshawe and is team have left us pot less taken £100k of us and left . We are trying to get new builder's to help but the carnage that's been left is too bad to make good of such incompetent work don't want others to suffer this builders scam don't be foolish enough to take his salesman tactics and please don't upset him he's got a very aggressive side. We had the unfortunate time of 4 months of this scammer he's taken our hard earned money.

  New kitchen and dining room

  Harry and his team rebuilt and installed a new kitchen for us. They also removed an internal wall to extend the dining room. The work was completed to a very good standard and we are really pleased with the outcome of the project.

  Garage conversion

  Harry and his team have just converted our garage into a room. We couldn’t be happier with the finish; it looks great! It was a very easy process and was completed in the time frame stated. We felt involved throughout with clear communication and the guys were really friendly and professional. We were worried about our cat getting out and they were very considerate of that to make sure it didn’t happen. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future work on the house.

  Full rental property renovation

  I was renovating a buy to let property for one of our clients and we instructed Harry to project manage the entire refurbishment for us. We normally renovate properties with various contractors but Harry offers a 'one stop shop' service which was very appealing to us. We met on site and within a week the work was all quoted for and agreed. The works were carried out promptly which allowed us to get the property let sooner and minimised the void period for the client. I'd highly recommend Harry to any property investor who is looking to get their property renovated for the rental market.

  Loft conversion with 2 dormers

  We are so pleased with our beautiful loft conversion and would highly recommend Templewood Joinery. Harry and Ashley were dedicated to the job throughout and consistently produced high quality work in all aspects of the job. They fitted in with our busy family life and ensured that any mess was cleared away and queries were dealt with. Harry really appreciated what we wanted and has given us a new staircase, top floor and roof with dormers that compliment the features of our 1920s house. A highly skilled, polite, friendly, hard working and dedicated team!
