Boiler repair - replaced controller unit / thermostat
Tom was very helpful and assisted us promptly. He communicated very effectively, and kept us informed at all times through the diagnostic process, of our options and their cost and timescales, in an open and honest way. When it became apparent it was an unusual problem, he researched it further and identified the solution, and his persistence saved us the significant cost of the manufacturer's engineer callout. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and I am very pleased with the service. I would have no hesitation using him again, and would definitely recommend him.

Boiler annual service
Tom arrived on time and carried out the work with care and attention to detail e.G. Straight away found a cap missing from the gases vent (not refitted last year by another company) and also found that the water in the system did not contain any inhibitor (new home, incorrectly set up). Very pleased with the service, will use again.

Boiler service and checking thermostat syncing between the boiler and the Device
I posted the problem late last night, Tom from T E Plumbing, responded instantly- and he came out to the problem tonight which is an amazing turn around and I was not expecting that- he was professional, extremely knowledgable and charged a fantastic price- cannot thank Tom enough and would highly highly recommend to anyone
