As such TE offer one Home Buyer Survey which is comprehensive and includes cost advice for remediating any defects. If you require cost advice for any additional works that you would like to do this can also be covered for an additional fee.

With regards to Fire Compartmentation Surveys TE can carry out surveys of existing fire lines to identify any breaches, and advise on solutions based upon manufacturers guidance.
