  Small leak treatment under floors

  Initial work was ok. Darren assessed the damage and treated for mold. We agreed to leave the floors open for a few weeks and then get them back on. It took a month of messaging to arrange a date for this, and me chasing him 6 times to fix a date. Today after 30mins of agreed time I asked if he was on his way. He said he had car trouble, and asked if later this week works. I don't know how long it'll now take to agree another date. I am not sure if they'll come finish the work. I cannot recommend this company any less, but I will edit this review if they come finish the work.

  Definitely recommend for any damp investigations

  So impressed with Darren's work. He contacted me within an hour of my post on Checkatrade, came out the next day to investigate the source of the leak that had soaked most of my downstairs. He then stripped everything back tidily, located & treated the issue with a badly fitted shower waste pipe, and treated all the surfaces impacted, all within a week of the original enquiry. Great communication, speedy resolution and very happy with the work overall.

  Mould and Damp Resolved

  On visiting the property to look at the damp issue, the damp specialist seemed to know immediately what was causing the damp and mould issues. He was very helpful in his explanation and was able to send through a quote for the work on the same day. Work was carried out professionally and there have been no further issues.

  removed dry rot and reconstructed hallway flooring

  Darren came out quickly and identified a dry rot issue under my hallway floor. He removed the dry rot and treated the area and reconstructed the floor so it was like new! Happy with the work completed and would highly recommend.

  Effective and quality damp treatment service received

  Damp issue in a flat in Paisley. 3 companies surveyed. 1st company that came out I almost and wasn't nice ripped me off saying I needed damp proof course. Darren not only confirmed I didnt need any damp proof course but offered an effective solution. He was honest and completed the work to required standard.
