Saw the TerraFirma van whilst driving home one day, so I gave them a call to enquire about planting some mature hedges. Marco came to see me the same day. We had a couple of weeks of to and fro, whilst we decided what plants to order. Eventually the plants arrived and Luke, Marco and the team got them planted over 3 days. It was a lot of work but they were relentless. They worked hard and were super professional. Would 100% recommend.

Terra Firma were excellent. From the initial contact through to completion, they were professional, fast, and committed to high quality. Our garden is now something we are proud of owning. Would highly recommend.

Great communication with Luke before the work was carried out. We had to delay the start date and Luke was kindly able to fit us in at a more convenient time. The work carried out by another Luke and Harry was very professional and finished on schedule. They were polite and very considerate of us having a small baby at the time. They worked through the weekend which was fine by us as it meant the work was completed quicker but I would have liked to be asked before the day they started the work, just so I could have planned around it better. But that is only a minor negative.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Could not be happier with the service from Josh who came and initially quoted for the job ,was knowledgable , polite & v.helpful in explaining the different options we had , inc the +s & -s of each , without feeling like we were being pressured Throughout the works Josh kept communicating regularly, ensuring things were actioned and timely. Luke and Harry who carried out the work , were polite , respectful & professional. They clearly take pride in there work and the standard of work was exceptional All 3 were a credit to themselves & the company

From start to finish Terra Firma were friendly, efficient and sensibly priced. We are delighted with the end result.
