Really mixed and now cant finish the work.....  We have had a couple of engineers out and all have been really nice, courteous individuals.  Job was to increase the water pressure internally as it had dropped generally and almost non existant in the kitchen.  First plumber recommended new tap.  2nd plumber came to fit and confirmed new tap wouldnt make any difference, boiler issue.  Fitted tap anyway.  Tap leaked creating water damage.  3rd plumber fixed tap and looked at boiler.  Confirmed not boiler.  £600 spent, tap still leaking, pressure still low and now cant fix.

Operative phone ahead of arrival to confirm time of sevice, was courteous and carried out the boiler service with no problem

The engineer was pleasant and helpful. He did a thorough job and was clean and tidy. He was happy to give some advice about any future boiler replacement. He was also good with the dog!

Getting a call from the engineer estimating his arrival time is helpful. Work completed promptly and without fuss. Engineer polite and informative.
