  I could not have asked for anyone better they went above and beyond. From coming out to give me an estimate, taking her time to ensure I understood everything involved. Even sending an email to my son who was helping me with all due to my age and abilities these days. Everything was done so well they even found me chair from their lorry to sit down on as I was finding it hard work. I’d recommend them to anyone, when your past 80 people do not always take their time it’s us but the whole team were fantastic polite and nothing was to much trouble. They worked very hard the whole time.

  I wanted to use a smaller, family-run company and was recommended to try Test Valley Removals. My 1st chat with Simone showed me why I should use them. So friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable who genuinely wants to make sure you get the exact service you need. She came to quote in person, which was great as she could see first hand what was needed and allowed me to ask questions. On the day the whole team arrived on time and quickly got to work. Great bunch, took care of everything and unloaded carefully at the other end. Highly recommend them.

  The team loaded our belonging over two days. They worked really hard and stayed cheerful though out a very difficult moving day. The late completion meant they had to stay late and as 1 was very stressed myself due to my husband being disabled and confined to a wheelchair they calmed me down by being extremely supportive. Nothing was to much trouble and the whole team went over and beyond what was expected of them. We have not had any breakages and everything was placed in the right rooms. I would recommend them to any one thinking of moving. Their whole team were superb.

  TVR are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make a house move as smooth as possible; we have used them three times now, and each time it's been a pleasure to deal with them from quote to completion of the job. If you're looking for a local family firm, who charge a reasonable price, then we highly recommend them.
