Contacted through the checkatrade website when we were woken up by water dripping through from the attic. They were super quick to come out in the torrential rain storm and assess the issue. Within 2 days they fixed the issue and repointed the chimney which is the issue causing the leak. Very pleased with the finished job and the process throughout. Timely, accurate quotes were provided, with project start dates and timelines 100% reliable. The entire team remained courteous and keen to achieve the best possible results. I was also encouraged by their willingness to adapt and modify to requests as the job went on; whilst keeping costs as low as possible. There is some additional work on an extension roof that we need carried out and had no hesitation in calling T Forsyth for the job. Thomas and the lads did an excellent job involving mitred hips - the house is quite distinctive in a conservation area so we wanted the work done properly using traditional materials - stripping back slating, installing lead soakers, and reinstating with reclaimed slate as needed.
