  Thomas came to serviced our old boiler. He was punctual and had great communication. He also took the time and explain what was wrong with the boiler and the reason why he would recommend getting a new one. Overall a very good experience working with him.

  Toilet leaking

  I had an excellent experience with Tom the plumber! My toilet was leaking, and I needed urgent help. I reached out to him, and he was able to come over and fix the issue efficiently. When he came the job was done within the hour. He was professional, efficient, and knew exactly what needed to be done. The job was done quickly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated his prompt service and expertise. Highly recommend Tom if you're in need of a reliable plumber!

  New boiler/excellent workmanship.

  We called Thomas to service our 10 year old boiler. It was marvellous how quick he responded. From the outside the boiler looked fine but inside he showed me the mess. I asked how soon to install a new boiler. Thomas ordered/fitted a new boiler within a couple of days, flushing the central heating system etc. It was super of Thomas to fit it so quickly. Done at a very reasonable price. He left the place spotless, seriously good tidying up. What a professional. Very lucky to have found Thomas. Fixed a dripping tap, no charge. Highly recommend. Hope to see him for the boiler's annual service.
