Avoid at all costs. Arron came to do a cctv survey for us back in March. 4 months later he still hasn’t got the completed report to me despite repeatedly promising he would. He has sent an email detailing the fault which cuts off half way through a sentence, and didn’t include any of the pictures. Empty promises when I have repeatedly chased him asking for the report.

Complete waste of time and money. Recently used them for CcTV drain survey . Never got a report. Was told that the data was lost as the video file was corrupt. Perhaps it was never done. They were not able to even tell us the location of drain. Please avoid them

Very pleased. Arron and Mark were on time, got on with the job, sorted my problem, all with minimal fuss. Tidied up after themselves and all at a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Arron answered my job request, understood my slightly different requirements, and helped me out for a very reasonable fee, in an excellent timescale. I also required the paperwork, proving that the work had been completed - which took a little longer than expected, but all was fine in the end. Very grateful!

I had blocked drains, called up, arranged a time the same day -no problem. Reliable, reasonably priced, did a good job and a very pleasant man. Would recommend.

Arron arrived explained everything I'm simple terms what was wrong with the outside drain. Kept in touch letting me know his ETA so I could get on with my day overall a top class service delivered at a fair price transparent through out. Would definitely recommend
