Replacing kitchen sink and piping underneath
Excellent service from James. Fitted new kitchen sink and replaced all the pipe work underneath which was a mess and leaking. Did a great job re-routing the pipes so they fit better, even having to nip out twice for parts to do so. Would highly recommend, clean, tidy excellent job

Leaking pipe
After calling James on Friday and showing him the leak, James agreed to come out at the end of the day. He arrived when he said he would and along with a colleague proceeded to fix the leak and replace the broken pipe. They did a great job with minimal mess and had it all sorted very quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better job done. I would recommend James and his team and will certainly give them a call in future should the need arise. He also charged me a very fair price for job.

Identify serious leak in kitchen ceiling and effect repair.
My insurance co told me to find an emergency plumber as the ceiling had started to bow and was in danger of falling down due to a serious leak. Of 3 numbers I rang, James Horton at Thames Plumbing was the only 1 to answer, not a messaging service - even though it was late in the evening by now. He agreed to put off other 'non-urgent' work and come 1st thing the next day. James is a pleasant and knowledgeable young man who worked hard all morning, taking up carpets and other flooring to identify the source of the leak, buy a repair kit for the split pipe and then carry out the repair

He, ran new pipework work for shower, fitted a new sink and vanity and fixed a leak behind toilet.
Really pleased with service, Reliable and responsive. Will definitely keep his number and use again. Top job.
