Thames provided a quote efficiently, the quote was a good price with a work and fittings garauntee. The team arrived at the agreed time and got on with the work, adapting and flexing to solve the problem of a lower ceiling. I was worried about my tiling and that fear was resolved as it all looks really smart and is a much better unit than the old one. Left everything clean and tidy.

The job was done with good quality and reasonable price. The plumber was professional and knowledgeable. The only thing that can be improved is turning up on time as my first appointment was no show. But they arranged one for the next day very quickly so overall I’m pleased.
