Steve stepped in at the last minute to fit pipework and connect my gas supply before and after a gas meter re-site. He explained everything very well and gave me confidence after the large company who were doing the meter move were less than helpful. They also kept changing dates and Steve was incredibly flexible at fitting in with their dates. At all times he kept me posted about what he was doing to ensure it was done the most efficient way for my needs. Such a pleasant man and a hard worker and would recommend him to anyone

Phoned on a Friday regarding a boiler that had stopped working. He came out on the Saturday morning with the replacement part to fix it. Very helpful, and willing to answer questions regarding the boiler. Was also happy to advise regarding another potential plumbing project whilst waiting to ensure the boiler worked. Would recommend, and will use again. Thank you.

Called Steve and said my boiler was broken. He attended the same day, and explained what the problem was. He replaced the broken part and we were back up and running again. Nice guy and would recomend
