My pond hadn't been deep cleaned for many years, i contacted Matthew at That Pond Guy , after sending him photos and measurements of the pond he gave me a price which I was happy with, an appointment was made and Charlotte and Natalie came to do the job , polite and professional during the time they were here ,explaining what they were doing all through the process. We had our pond brought back to life by That Pond Guy. The pond was relined and the waterfall fibreglassed to make it usable again. The team also installed a new pump and UV filter. The work was extremely high standard and the team were very professional. They moved all our fish with care and repotted all the plants before reinstating the pond. Strongly recommend.

Matt and his team have transformed our old concrete pond; new lining, pump and filter. Reliable, clean workers who know their stuff!! However it is their after sales care that make them stand out. Matt responds quickly to any queries and shows genuine concern that you are completely happy with any work carried out.
