Excellent professional service. The same day contacting thatsamzing cleaning service via Checkatrade.Com website a booking was made and confirmed. Next day excess water removed from master bedroom carpet after a leak. Very polite and gave great advice.

Steve squeezed in a last minute request and completed the job to a high standard considering the state of the carpets - would definitely recommend!

Steve spilt a bucket of water on the wooden floor and over the hall rug which resulted in it being soaked. It took 3-4 days to dry and left large water marks on the reverse of the rug. I contacted Steve 2 0r 3 times as he said he would come and sort it out and try and improve it. The latest email was the 2nd April. I have had no reply and am fed up waiting and not hearing anything from him. He was paid on the day, the full price and I expected some sort of service after his mistake.

Steve did a great job. The carpet is 30 years old and I was going to get a new carpet. I tbougbt I would just bet it cleaned first , has relatives are coming and it has come up like new . Delighted with it and with the professional way it wzs done . So pleased.

Great Service from Steve. Cleaned our carpets including the stairs as well as 2 sofas. Very happy with the results and can now let my baby roam happily on them!
