Had 2 “plumbers” come to “fix” my leaking concealed shower which caused damage to various parts of the house. 1st plumber took the call out charge on a promise to complete the job but scarpered. 2nd one came and stayed til unsociable hours only to break the cartridges and worsen the leak. Didn’t see him again. Theo was the 3rd and was a god send. Filled me with confidence from the off. Genuine, calm, knowledgable and honest. He even future proofed his work by creating a neat access panel and isolation valves. It was messy work but he was extremely clean, tidy and professional. Amazing work
