Removal and fitting of new floor in hall, bathroom and kitchen
Kerry was very helpful and kept great communication throughout. They did an initial review of the works needed, and even managed to move me forward after a cancellation. Doug spent the best part of a day there, was incredibly diligent and worked with zero fuss. The floors look fantastic afterwards too, thank you! Change carpet to wooden floor upstairs and in the stairs
TERRIBLE! Team are irresponsible, messy, rude and disrespectful and have complete disregard for their client's situation. I was heavily pregnant due mid November and asked these guys of they could finish by end of October, they said yes. The stairs were left less than halfway and the guy left for a 3 week holiday, when they had told me the work would be completed by then. They forced me to wait for the guy to come back from holiday, then was off some more days due to someone with covid on the plane, and when he came back to work he refused to wear a mask! Stair carpet, laminate flooring landing, hall and one spare room
Top workmanship and very friendly and helpful. Kerry was around with laods of samples in a couple of days after receiving her call to us. A date was set for the work to begin. Unfortunately the fitter hurt his back and could not do the job. Kerry quickly arranged another fitter and the work started. Took just under 2 days to complete. Carpet on stairs and landing
