Boiler repair
Tom solved a big issue with the boiler in our rented flat and saved us from an early replacement. I was told the boiler needed to be replaced as the expansion vessel was gone, no further explanations. I looked for further advice and a 2nd opinion. Tom came and did his investigation of the issue. He explained to me all the options and potential solutions. He managed to fix the issue and suggested a couple of actions that can extend the lifespan of the boiler. I highly recommend Tom's services!

Sam is extremely easy to communicate with, he came back with no hesitations after the initial check as the boiler was making some strange sounds, turns out the cover had just cracked. Would definitely recommend- thank you!

Replacement of boiler
Tom was really great when sourcing and installing my new boiler. He was communicative, friendly, delivered what needed to be done and even took the time to explain setting up the timers to me. Overall very happy with his work and would recommend.

Boiler replacement
Tom was wonderful to work with, the two most important characteristics was, extreme competence at his job and I felt he was extremely honest. I trust his advice, he provided me with alternative options regarding repair and boiler replacements. He was extremely polite and came out to fix the boiler really quickly. He updated me when he was running late. I appreciate his work and fully recommend him to anyone.
