I called TAP this morning for a replacement of a heating element on my electric oven. He was at my property within the hour, and fixed the problem within 10 minutes! I've never had such brilliant service. Gary was lovely, knowledgeable and very well priced. Would not hesitate to use TAP again, and recommend to anyone needing some help!

Great communication and stuck to timings. Had the oven fixed very quickly and efficiently and helped advise on what might not be needed to keep costs down. Very pleased.

Prompt response to job, was able to visit next working day. Really pleased with service, highly recommended.

I contacted Checkatrade Gary responded within 15mins of the request being put out. I liked I particularly liked TAP charged a one off labour fee irrespective of time taken. He contacted me straight away a date was arranged. Gary arrived on time with the part. My husband was there and found Gary to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the part we thought was the problem, wasn't, but that didn't phase him. Gary ordered the the correct piece and arranged to return a few days later. He rang to say he was on his way, fitted the part in 20mins and left. We would happily recommend TAP.

Arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the draining issue within minutes.
