    Marcin and his team did excellent work! They sanded, repaired and varnished the wooden flooring across the whole house. This included original and newer boards, plus a staircase. They even went above and beyond by removing the carpets, bannisters and built in storage. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible too, squeezing us into their busy schedule and completing the work in a week before we moved in.

The communication was always quick and easy - and Marcin sent over photos at the end of each day to show progress. The end result is great and there were no hidden extras or surprises. The house was considerably less dusty than when they arrived. I highly recommend The Best Floor Sanding for an all round excellent job when sanding old floorboards.

    Arrived on time, friendly, very efficient workmen, clean and tidy, floor well sanded, looks great amd I'm happy with the result. Only thing I didn't realise is that they don't fill the gap between the skirting and wooden floor (we had carpet before) so you will need to get someone else to do this.
