  Very satisfied customer. We decided to redo the late 80's flooring in our flat and saved ourselves a lot of frustration by simply having Black Swan do it all for us. The prep work alone was professional and tidy. When we returned in the time frame agreed with Kemran our floor was amazing and all done, we could not be more pleased. Allowing Black Swan do it all was the best investment for us. They are prompt, professional, and affordable. We will be using Black Swan again, when we are ready for our next project.   Recently Kemran install new flooring in my four-bedroom house. Kemran was very professional. Kemran helped me with choosing the right materials, and also provided with a massive discount% He kept me informed of progress and any potential adjustments, ensuring there were no surprises.   Laying oak floor (supplied)

  Floor fitted to a reasonable standard. A few mistakes were made mainly through lack of communication (the floor fitter did not speak very good English). Originally I had asked if materials were included in the quote and if doormat (supplied) would be fitted which it was not. The floor fitter also cut away a large amount of carpet which now doesn’t meet the wood floor and will have to put right at expense. I was happy with the quality of the work, just beware to clarify all specifics before work begins.
