I dealt with a representative named Gary Melia. I had to chase repeatedly just to get him to come out and take measurements. When he finally came (20/01/2026), he told me I needed to pay £300 immediately if I wanted the job completed the next day. I paid in good faith. Since then, there has been no installation, no follow-up, and no communication. He has not answered my calls or replied to my messages. I also sent a formal complaint to the company’s email and have received no response at all. I have copies of the invoice, proof of payment, and message history. Very unprofessional and SCAM.

Terrible company, wrong blinds, left for 5 weeks with blinds broken and put up awful.I woukd not reccomend this company at all. I m still waiting for a partial refund what they said they would give me because of the strees they have put me through. The work is not completed I have put that date as it is still ongoing. Avoid.
