  Spot-On Diagnosis and Excellent Support

  Allan came to do my annual boiler service and found it had been installed incorrectly with low gas pressure. He shut it down, labelled it unsafe, and contacted the installer, who wrongly said it was safe. Allan advised me to call Gas Safe, who confirmed he acted correctly. The issue is now fixed thanks to Allan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Much appreciated!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Start to Finish! I recently had a new combi boiler installed by The Boiler Company and couldn’t be happier with the service. Alan was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly. The quote was competitive, and there were no hidden costs. The installation was completed on time and to a very high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the new system works perfectly. It’s great to find a local Gas Safe engineer you can really trust. I’ll definitely be using them again for servicing and would highly recommend The Boiler company.
