Warm welcome, quick response, expert work
Tracey, who took the initial call about the problem with my boiler was very friendly and efficient and an engineer, Cameron, arrived on time within 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly and in layman's terms. A new part was required and this was fitted seamlessly the following day. Excellent engineers. Worked hard to discover the problem with my boiler and helped me to contact the manufacturer to get it sorted out.
