Very quick to respond. Lee arrived promptly. Friendly, and very helpful. Gave me a clear verbal report having serviced the boiler efficiently. followed up very quickly with the full report on my boiler. I will definitely be using them again next year.

Although Lee was unable to fix my boiler during his visit, his company arranged a ‘guaranteed fix repair from Baxi’ on my behalf and Lyndsey was really helpful in making contact with them. NB this was all under a Home Emergency insurance claim. I would definitely use them again for servicing and repairs.

Lee responded quickly, was highly professional in his assessment of the problem, reasonable in quoting for a replacement boiler and speedy in returning to fit the new boiler.
