10 Central Heating Power Flush

I was speaking with our neighbour who had a replacement oil fired boiler through Boiler Wizard and was highly satisfied with the work. Our radiators had cold spots and one was completely cold. Contact with Mike allowed a discussion regarding possible causes as a power flush may not be required. We agreed an appointment and it was determined that power flushing was needed. Mike explained what would happen along with the very competitive cost. The work was carried out efficiently on the agreed date and he kept us informed at each stage of the operation. mike was great from start to finish, explained everything, worked solidly all day , cleaned up after himself, very polite, would recommend to anyone. Our new boiler (Ideal standard) which mike fitted, works a treat, our home has never been so warm and cosy! Job location: YO25Excellent service, fast call out, from initial call to completing work. Clean and tidy, provided photos as evidence of work, explained work needing completed didn’t try and up sell but did explain what other work is needed. Allowed me to make a fair decision. I don’t want to recommend him to highly as I want him to be available when I need him next!! Such an awesome job cracking value for money!10 Identified a major problem with our boiler and fixed it

Called Mike to ask for help with faulty boiler. He came as soon as possible. Made it safe. Called in other trades that were needed to fix gas supply. Contacted for a quote on a new boiler install and they were able to visit within the hour and get me a price same day and good advice about it. I’d bled my radiators, the pressure gauge went to zero and showed an error F1. Mike was brilliant…he phoned me back immediately and sorted my boiler no problem …it was 6pm on a Friday and I was so worried I’d broken the system. What a hero…a true gentleman.
