Boiler repair
The engineer arrived, charged us for the 1 part, and called which was the wrong part, then returned again and charged us call out and parts again, the boiler has stopped again, and rebooked for next week now I have received a text advising me to look for a new engineer, almost £500 for work and no boiler and no aftercare

Central heating rescue.
My elderly mums heating stopped working in this cold weather. James was very helpful. He was punctual, did a respectable job, and customer service was great. He sorted and serviced my mum's boiler, it's now working correctly. It's lovely to meet and be able to rely on an honest plumber. I would highly recommend James.

James is the trades person you don’t believe is out there. If I’m honest I’m sceptical contacting someone to fix a problem and worry that they won’t show up, will overcharge or do a poor job so it was a a bit of luck that I took a chance with James and now I’m not letting go. I had a problem with my boiler and he let me know when he was on his way, walked me through the problem(s) and charged a fair price for the repair. Courteous and tidy until the job was done. I tend not to give reviews but if someone out there is like me then I recommend you give James a call.

Boiler Annual Service, and minor Remedial work to Flue.
James from TBP was excellent. He arrived on time on both occasions, with a. Courtesy call the day before. My home was left clean and tidy and I’m very confident with the work completed. I’ll definitely be using James again in future and highly recommend his services.
