  Former loft conversion

  We are very pleased we went with The Brighton Loft Company. A great team, who were tidy, polite, friendly and helpful throughout. Any queries were answered in a timely manner and they gave good advice along the way. After a small number of snagging issues were resolved (as expected in any big project) we are very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Gilles and his team at TBLC.

  Loft conversion and bathroom gut,refit and ceiling taken out.The old toilet space was incorporated into the bathroom and turned into a walk in shower. Engineered wood floors laid. Found the perfect solution to a loft installation without the need for reinstating the ground floor wall resulting in being able to keep my open plan living/dining room.

  This is an old house with all the usual problems and every challenge was tackled with a solution focussed,positive, can do attitude. The bathroom is stunning. The ceiling was removed and a skylight fitted, turning the ugly old loo space into a spacious walk in shower. The loft is beautifully finished and has made the most of the available space,creating great storage. The whole process was a joy from start to finish. All the trades were passionate about their work and listened whenever I had new ideas or concerns. Communication was excellent throughout. I would not hesitate to recommended,

  Loft Conversion

  An extremely professional company. Excellent communication and dedication on undertaking a professional job. This was a major project but I cannot fault this company. Arrived everyday on time and cleaned up after the job was done. Also charged a very reasonable price compared to quotes from other companies. Excellent standard and I would highly recommend Brighton Loft Company. 5 stars.

  Hip to gable loft conversion, changing lay out to downstairs to include a downstairs shower room, hallway, bifolds and replaster of a 2 bed bungalow.

  This was a total refurb of a 2 bed bungalow which is now a 4 bed two bathroom house. The main concern with investing in such a big job for me was quality of the work, trust and communication. From the beginning Gilles was a builder I felt I could trust. His quote was very detailed showing me where my money was being spent so we could discuss it in a transparent way and manage my expectations. The quality of the work is fantastic and Gilles project managed it brilliantly. If I had any questions he responded straight away. All the guys on site were really lovely. I would highly recommend.

  Loft conversion

  Jake and Joe were really polite and courteous throughout the job and were really accepting of my need to work from home. They always kept me informed so I could plan around what work they were doing that date. I was impressed by their problem solving, eg lack of ceiling height, and fitting stairs in a complex space. I was also impressed by their attention to detail. Gilles worked really hard to resolve it when there was a problem with my plan, and he went over and above what he needed to do. I absolutely love my loft conversion. It’s bright and airy and bigger than I could have imagined.

  Loft conversion, retiled roof, new bathroom

  It was a pleasure having the Brighton Loft Company do our loft conversion. Excellent communication, lovely guys to work with. Everything was thoroughly discussed in advance, no surprises, excellent quality of workmanship. A really great experience.
