Removing a chip that had lodged between disc and brake pad
On holiday in Tenby, heard a screeching noise coming from back tyre, was recommended to Gavin by a garage who couldn’t help me due to short staff. I took my car to Gavin late afternoon and by nine o’clock that same evening he had fixed the problem ( a small chip wedged between disc and brake pad). I can’t thank him enough for his service. A really nice guy and good luck to him in the future. He saved our holidays.Verified reviewerJob location: FK1010 Posted 05 November 2021

The car guy has done afew jobs on my vehicles and I have found he is very reliable and professional. Another good touch is that he shares his knowledge and advice with the customer which I like. Hi my name is Gavin (The Car Guy).
I've been working with cars and machinery since I left school in 2005.
I joined the Royal Marines and served in all corners of the globe. It was where I took my business name idea from. My nickname was (the car guy) because I was always fixing the guys cars on barracks when we had free time.
I love what I do, it's a very rewarding career seeing how happy people are when they get their car back fixed.
I have now moved away from mobile work and settled into a workshop in Waterston SA731DP.
I look forward to hearing from you.
