Excellent service from start to finish
Really pleased with the service! The chimney was swept and cleaned quickly and efficiently, and everything was left spotless and tidy afterwards. Communication was excellent throughout, and despite it being a busy time of year, they managed to fit us in quickly. Payment was also straightforward and easy. Excellent chimney sweep, professional and good value
Blaine was friendly, efficient and very professional. We had several communications before he came to do the job so I was reassured I knew what he would be doing. He wasn’t pushy at all and was clear that he couldn’t sweep one of the chimneys properly so advised us not to go ahead with that one. He left the house immaculate and was true to his claim there would be no dust. He swept 3 chimneys and explained with patience what he had done. He provided excellent value for money. We will definitely use him again and I’ve no hesitation in recommending his work.Verified reviewerJob location: GU3210 Chimney Sweep

Cleaned wood burner flue.
Blaine cleaned our wood burner flue and he was fantastic. He was punctual, kept me informed on his arrival time, sent a reminder message the day before and most importantly he left everything spotless and clean. Blaine gave me tips for keeping the wood burner in tip top condition and I can honestly say I would highly recommend The Chimney Sweep Guy😊Verified reviewerJob location: GU4710 Chimney Sweep

Very professional, excellent work
Very professional and personable. Job done well and every effort made to keep the room clean by dealing off the fireplace and carefully wrapping up tools when finished. This is the third time I've used this service and it has been excellent each time.Job location: GU47
