They came unprepared (they had no cleaning supplies and hadn’t told us we needed to provide these). Communication was impossible—the cleaner barely spoke English which made it really hard to communicate with them. The boss showed up briefly with supplies, gave minimal instructions, then left. The cleaner took six hours to clean the kitchen and 1 bathroom and did a poor job —missed obvious areas including broken glass in the kitchen freezer. Incorrect cleaning products were used particularly for the toilet. Pricing was unclear and changed multiple times. Avoid this cleaning company.
