Good standard of cleaning for a first visit! The cleaner was thorough, though a couple of spots were missed. There was a tiny bit of confusion at the start regarding cleaning supplies, but everything was sorted quickly.

The Cleaning White Company did a fantastic job. They were punctual, polite, and incredibly thorough. The quality of the cleaning was excellent, and my home looked fresh and spotless when they finished. They were easy to deal with from start to finish, and I really appreciated their professionalism. I would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

They came unprepared (they had no cleaning supplies and hadn’t told us we needed to provide these). Communication was impossible—the cleaner barely spoke English which made it really hard to communicate with them. The boss showed up briefly with supplies, gave minimal instructions, then left. The cleaner took six hours to clean the kitchen and 1 bathroom and did a poor job —missed obvious areas including broken glass in the kitchen freezer. Incorrect cleaning products were used particularly for the toilet. Pricing was unclear and changed multiple times. Avoid this cleaning company.

We had Anna round, shes absolutely AMAZING! So lovely and very very happy with the results. Can't believe she came in such short notice too. Very happy.
