The Clearance solution (TCS) is a family run business with 10 years’ experience in providing Domestic and Commercial clearances. Specialising in house clearances I promote the 3 R's, Recycle, Reuse, Repurpose with the goal to attempt to re home as much as I can to reduce landfill consumption.

Our vision is simple, help the people who need it the most. Over the past 7 years TCS have helped many families in need, working with social and care workers donating furniture we clear from houses not for profit, because they need or simply cannot afford to replace.

Unlike, some of our competitors TCS operates a complete digital service and issue WASTE TRANSFER NOTES to you on completion via email.

WHAT IS A WASTE TRANSFER NOTE?

Waste transfer note is a document that every licenced carrier should provide you to protect you from prosecution on completion. This document is YOUR proof that your waste is being dealt with in a legal manner and protects you from prosecution should your items get fly tipped. Yes you heard right a licenced or unlicensed waste carrier who doesn't provide you a waste transfer note and fly tipped opens YOU up for prosecution so always make sure they can provide one to you ON COMPLETION NOT LATER ON.
