Katie had a very calm and efficient manner on the phone during what was, for me, a stressful flat removal process. Likewise, her clearance guys, Matt and John were really helpful and friendly. I was told they'd be with me between 9-9.30am. They arrived at 9 on the dot and left at 9.30 on the dot - I hadn't expected that they'd literally be there during that time!! I was given a certificate of my furniture having been dumped in an official site, but they made every effort to recycle the better stuff to charities, which is why I chose them initially.
