Ben came out to review the job and quoted a fair price which we accepted. We were not in a great hurry, so scheduled it in for a few weeks later to fit in with our commitments. On the day, which was VERY hot, he turned up on time and talked through his plan to ensure I was happy with it. The work was carried out to a very high standard with precision measuring and cutting. I am very happy with the end result, which Ben has guaranteed, and encouraged me to get back in touch with any further questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend.

We had a problem with our inlet valve in our toilet . We walked into a trade shop and met Ben who is a plumber and gave us advise on which part to buy. He gave us a business card to call if we had any problems. We are unable to the job anf gave him a call on a Saturday afternoon to help us. He came around to sort the issue out that day. Ben is very friendly and extremely helpful. We highly recommend him. 10 out of 10 stars

My experience with the installation process was overwhelmingly positive from start to finish (and I confess to being a stickler for detail). The bathroom is in an old building with an uneven floor and walls, so not easy to work in, and required considerable problem solving. The advice on choice of floor tiles was spot-on and Ben's tiling skills are second to none. Ben installed pipework and a freestanding tap to complement the freestanding bath and came up with excellent solutions to make the bathroom look luxurious.

We needed our hallway re-tiled and 3 radiators fitted and Ben gave us a very fair quotation for the project and did a wonderful job, which was extremely time and cost-effective. Both operations were carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the end result. Ben has a keen eye for detail and is quite the perfectionist, as well as being a charming and lovely man. He gave excellent advice, was reliable and trustworthy and we would certainly employ him again for future work. We 100% recommend him!

Ben was brilliant getting our bathroom updated. There were blown tiles where water had escaped in our shower, and Ben fully stripped these, insulated the wall, and re-tiled the whole of my bathroom, and re-fitted by bath, at a very reasonable cost for the high-level workmanship. The work took longer than anticipated due to additional damage that wasn't known at the time Ben costed up the work, but we weren't charged anything extra on top of the original estimate. Ben is great and he will be the first person we contact if we need any further work in our bathroom. Nice one Ben!
