  Reliable and competent.

Ali attended on time. Quickly identified the repair. It's an old machine so he also advised on follow up if required. Reasonable price for labour and part.

We needed a dishwasher repair as it was showing an E19 error message

The company got in touch via text and were able to come the next day. Engineer, called Ali came and was very polite. He kept me updated with what needed doing and the costs involved.
