Barnaby from The Design Social worked with us on our building project to put together plans which were submitted to both Planning and Building Control. He was great to work with throughout the whole process. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, gave us some great new ideas, and was always quick in getting back to us on any queries. He also really kept the project moving, keeping us updated with progress, and helping us get to the point where our plans have now been approved and we can move forward with our builder.

Barnaby and his team, have gone above and beyond with helping us design and submit planning permission on our extension. With fast communication, reasonable fees, helpful knowledge and advice we managed to have planning permission in a speedy time frame ready for building work to commence. Thank you again for all your help.

We used The Design Social to design a garage conversion to a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Barnaby was open to discussions on different ideas, and came up with a cabinet design to solve a conflict with existing fixtures (see picture.) They also arranged quotes with builders they had worked with previously, and throughout the process kept tabs with them and also building control, solving the issues that invariably arise with such projects. Overall we are very pleased with the design and the results. Would have no hesitation in recommending. 5*
