Prompt service to fix door which had dropped causing it not to close properly efficiently and quickly fixed

I phoned Dewgard and they arranged a suitable appointment which was within 48 hours. Their operative arrived when they said they would and did the job with minimum of fuss. The bill was reasonable too. Would not hesitate to recommend them

Dewgard's were brilliant from the first phone call to the repair. This was to a door that was fitted in 2009. They repaired it within the price band quoted over the phone at the description of the problem. (It was actually at the lower end.) The lovely worker even corrected the back door as part of the service.

Dewgard have been used by my family for the last 30 + years. Parents, siblings and myself for all windows, doors and French doors. They are trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly accurate in their work. Every task is executed to perfection by polite and well mannered staff. I always recommend to everyone and wouldn’t use any other company.

I called this morning regarding a fault with my window locking mechanism. Really prompt response with the issue resolved this afternoon. Dewgard in my experience are an excellent local company with considerable knowledge in the window industry and excellent customer service.

Great service from dewgard from start to finish. Steve who initially came to do the quote was knowledgable and transparent about what had to be done, I live in a house that was built in the Victorian era so there were a few obstacles to overcome with the dodgy brickwork and lintel but dewgard got through it with no issues. Not the cheapest quote I received but upon completion of the job I saw why it’s worth paying a bit more for a proper job. The two lads who did the actual job were brilliant and left no mess. Quality of doors are top notch as well, would 100% recommend to anyone.
