John and Cameron can the same day, they were polite, knowledgeable about the problem and solution and did the work quickly and effectively. Would use again.

Rang in the morning regarding a non-emergency blocked drain. Was quoted an hourly rate and told that someone could be there sometime after 3 in the afternoon. John arrived around 3:20 and had the drain flowing again within 5-10 mins. He then spent a good while checking the layout of the system and state of the pipework. He even found a manhole that I didn't know I had as it was buried under grass. All the while he was very happily explaining what he was doing and why. The bill came the next day and I was very pleased to see that it had stayed within one hour. Very good experience throughout.

John and Alfie were terrific, Dan in the office was also very efficient and responsive. I would phone them straight away if I had another drainage issue of any kind at my work premises or home. 1st class company, sent an technician out within 2 hours., on a Sunday afternoon. Matt was a very kind & considerate guy & worked diligently to clear the drainage system & to find the cause of the problem. He was very helpful explaining that l was actually on a joint drainage system with my neighbour. He contacted Wessex Water before he left explaining about the damage to the sewer pipe, in the road, by another contractor. I have since had 2 separate people come to check out the problem. Exceptional service, which l am very grateful for, thank you very much Matt.

The guys turned up on time, took their time doing the survey and explained, from the survey, how best to carry out the work required. I received the quotation a week later.
