I must say as an operations manager the work carried out today by you guys was off the scale...Ben Webb take a bow your customer service levels are amazing Not only did Ben sort out the issue but as he was waiting fixed my toilet seat FOC If you have any issues call these guys as its a great service and more important the levels of service are so good... Billy and his colleague came to clear a blocked drain/sewer pipe within a couple of hours of my call to them. They were extremely friendly and made me feel confident that they would be able to clear the block. The manhole cover hadn’t been removed for many years and was extremely heavy, but they lifted it out and discovered a blockage, which they cleared and flushed through within a matter of minutes. Brilliant job. I was told that if the blockage recurred within 30 days they would clear it free of charge. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. First class, efficient, genuine guys.

An excellent company with brilliant people. Phoned and Billy and team came within 1 hour. Billy explained clearly what the problem was and solved it professionally and tidily. The company slogan is "Nice People Doing A Dirty Job" which is spot on. Billy is a great polite man as was his colleague, effective work for a very fair cost, would highly recommend.

Our sinks and bath was gurgling, I spoke on the phone to Bill who was very helpful. The service that I received from this company was excellent , friendly , polite , and very helpful . On completing the job Ben cleaned up , wiped all the surfaces and left the workspace very clean . I would definitely use this company again , and would have no hesitation In recommending them . Over-all a very good job .
