  Understood what I wanted, really engaged with my project.

  Very easy to deal with, highly competent technically, and flexible to changes. We're doing a slightly unusual renovation but they understood what I was trying to achieve straight away, and seem almost as excited about it as I am! Communication has been clear and prompt, and their advice has helped a lot in areas where I had a number of options to whittle down. I expect I'll use them again and would happily recommend them.
