  Cloakroom fitting

  Replaced a pull switch in downstairs toilet and a new lightfitting.They charged 120.00 which seemed a bit expensive given they were only there about 40 mins but it was a Sunday and they came out within an hour.Nice guys.

  Removal and replacement of electric hob

  They rang and said they would be there in about an hour and they were. Job was done to a good standard and very quickly and efficiently. They were very very polite and personable. Would recommend!

  Fixed a socket that wasn’t working

  They were punctual and did get the job done however they’d claimed it was fixed but when we tested it in front of them it tripped the electrics again. Then they fixed it properly and left but I had to get them back as they had broken a different socket by snapping a screw so it was hanging off the wall. They then bodged “fixing” this socket as the screw still just spins without being attached to anything - maybe they glued it to the wall? We do have all working sockets again but I wouldn’t use these guys again

  Replaced a socket and connected new fridge/freezer

  I submitted a request on Checkatrade, within an hour, got a call from E-Plug Services at 5.30pm. They could do tomorrow Saturday got it booked in. Next day, got a text on ETA and a phone call for an update. Two guys did the job, Perwez and an apprentice, got the old fridge out, changed the socket, even helped clean the area before moving the new fridge in and connecting it. All done in less than 30 mins. Communication, efficiency, tidiness, professionalism, all 10/10. Thanks guys!
