Ollie originally came to give my church advice and a quote for a new boiler and radiators. While he was there we noticed a leak in the toilet, Ollie set to and tried to fault find the cause, he gave his time graciously found the fault and had an engineer back within a few days. I found his manner polite and informative clearly explaining any questions I had on the heating quote, a true professional someone I would not hesitate to use again.

Ollie along with his colleague Chris undertook the plumbing on one of my recently finished extension jobs. New underfloor heating was fitted throughout the ground floor. Their work was to a very high standard, they were very tidy and always reliable. Highly recommend!

Ollie and his team did a fantastic job of converting our old boiler system into a new combi into the attic. From start to finish everything was so efficient and the job was completed excellently with no interruption to our daily lives. Ollie from Essentials group replaced my boiler today He was fantastic. I was working from home at the time and he was polite, but confident, about what he needed to do without disturbing me. I through a curve ball in and asked him to mount the boiler on a different wall last minute (we want an extra cupboard), I said 'if its impossible then no worries...' the response!? "Nothing is impossible, just let me work it out" was his response. A little later my spanking new boilers on the correct wall and the house is warm again. All work related 'mess' gone, barely heard him, so so good.

Ollie came to our aid at short notice when we had no heating or hot water. Due to the age of the boiler he recommended a new boiler, ordered that day and fitted the next. Excellent workmanship and responsive
