AVOID do not use Steven Malone and his team from Evana Roofing. They were paid to re-lay a flat roof and install a roof lantern at my property. They claim to provide a 10yr work guarantee and a 20yr product guarantee however, it has recently been identified that they stripped the old roof and laid new wood/joists along with the roof rubber on top of the old wet rotten wood. The roof has not been laid at a gradient, the rubber has holes
in it. I raised concerns and showed them the photos but they are not taking ownership of their rogue work, despite evidence from onsite visit, pics and guarantees

These were works carried out in May 2015.
We stripped off decking and supplied and fitted new OSB before covering with EPDM and fitting skylantern supplied by client.
The client had another contractor doing fascia and gutter work who removed our trims and raised our membrane to access and exposed some defective timber on perimeters.
Client now complaining she has no run on her roof but wasn’t there in the first place.
Our quote was to re-deck flat roof and install a sky lantern supplied by client and fit EPDM flat roof system.
We re-attended after her gutter contractor and stuck down the areas that had become loose.
Also spoke to Roofing Trade Association who told us to void her guarantee due to not having permission to remove what we installed in 2015.
