Pest control
Did not complete job, ignored calls. Would not refund monies paid. Phoned numerous times to be told that we were too far away, although took the job in the begining. Do not recommend

Removal of bees from chimney.
The Exterminators did their job well at first, as previously reported. However, they were going to return after a few days to complete the job. They never did. There were many excuses, ranging from feeling unwell to being in A&E to financial difficulties. This was disappointing as initially they appeared to be efficient. The bees have returned, so a second visit should have alleviated this. I feel my money has been taken inappropriately.

Mouse infestation
company came to one visit promised follow up visit though never turned up. Numerous cals and emails unanswered. Seems to have happened to a lot of peope on here. Eventually got through to them and was told tey were not a charity and we were too far away. Whay take the job? do not use this company

Mice problem in tenant property
To start the company was responsive & answered all of our questions came out for initial site visit and set traps. The inspector said he would return for second visit on Saturday did not show up. Initial visit which was infective we have phoned, texted and emailed as we paid the bill in full, no response. Finally an email response when threatening legal action to be told that we were too far away for them to attend to & they were not a charity. They also said the inspector had been in an accident? don't believe this as other reviews have had same experience. DO NOT TRUST WE HAVE TAKEN TO COURT

The contact at first was really good and we arranged by text message through this web site a visit. I have waited in all day for the trades man to turn up or, at least to send a message. If there were issues they should have just said. I gave them a 1 for initial contact, communication was good. It went down hill after that. I have wasted a day . Fortunately I have managed to locate another trades person. This is not good.

Ridding a house full of bees
We have had a problem with bees in our chimney for quite a while. We did not want to harm them but we were at our wits end, so we contacted The Exterminators. Carlos and Olivia came that same day to assess the situation. They returned two days later and dealt with the bees in a professional manner. While it was a difficult job, Carlos explained what he was going to do and, ably assisted by Olivia, succeeded in removing the thousands of bees in the chimney. They are going to return in a few days to make sure all is well. A job well done - thank you.
