This is a really good company, I would definitely recommend them. From start to finish, getting quotes and finalising the deal with Mark to having the 4 man team come round to do the job I was really pleased. They did the whole house in a day. And they were reasonably priced too which is good. Excellent job.

They were prompt in providing a quotation to replace bargeboards with upvc and assessing the exact works required. Tony Brine was very straightforward to deal with and his team of Curt and Dean carried out the work efficiently and tidily. Price was also fair and reasonable .

Triston, the sales rep was polite, friendly and professional as he assessed the job, answered all my questions, measured up and printed out a quote for me there and then. There were no calls to the manager "to drop the price," no pressure to "sign up now for the best price." It was amazing! Tony and Derek in the office were excellent at keeping me updated whilst waiting for an asbestos test and they ensured that the work was done on the pre-agreed date. And finally Jamie and Jack were polite, punctual, efficient and cleaned up daily. Everything looks sturdy, smart and high quality.

First class work from start to finish. Tony made sure he understood our requirements and provided a very good quote. He talked us through the process without any pressure to accept the quote. We agreed the quote with Tony and the fitters were with us at the stipulated date and time. Martin led the crew and their work was first class. Nothing was to much trouble. They talked us through the install at each step and left the area as tidy as they found it. The fascias and soffits look excellent and certainly make a huge difference to the appearance of the house. I fully recommend this firm.

The web site was top notch. A detailed video showed how the work will be done which I found impressive. They also gave a guide price on the web site based on the size of your property which meant that when I called for a quote I wasn't wasting their time or mine. The price quoted is the price, non of this "I will phone my manager and get a deal" which I don't like. Give me a genuine price and that is it. Very friendly staff and the workman doing the fitting were very tidy, professional and experts in their trade. I'm very pleased with the work carried out and completed to the time schedule.
