  A truly professional and well run company. Could not be happier with all the work.

  I found Facia Division on Checkatrade after getting various quotes from local builders on major exterior work required on my detached home. Within 24hrs of contact, Simon Gage came round to assess the job that involved a total replacement of all guttering, soffits, plus window surrounds and gables. With a 10 year warranty they were 2/3 cheaper and highly knowledgeable about what was required. Job started on time with a excellent team led by Darren. Any extras were cleared through Tony, who was incredibly helpful and pragmatic. Nothing was too difficult. Could not be happier with the work.

  New Rosewood Soffits,Eaves and guttering

  I can only describe the whole experience as Superlative. Great service and work carried out on our bungalow, at a very competitive price. The work included remortaring some gable ends on our bungalow and a couple of other repairs which came to light during work. Superb communication throughout, from quote to finish, and everyone was professional, reliable and friendly. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

  Replace soffits, Fascias, barge boards and guttering

  This is three small blocks of apartments with 10 flats in all. From beginning to end the guys were completely professional and polite at all times and communication was there throughout. . Unfortunately there was extra work needed as is so often the case. The problem was fully explained and the extra cost made clear before we agreed to anything. In short there were no surprises. Everything was cleared up and tidied up thoroughly on completion. The new roofline looks fantastic! I would highly recommend the Fascia Division. It’s so good to know you’re in good hands right from the start

  Replacement of all fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes

  Had been impressed by the Fascia division’s Mock Tudor replacement so requested a quote for replacement of soffits, fascias and gutters which was very reasonable. As before, excellent service and workmanship and work completed on schedule by the same team as did the earlier work supplemented by an equally diligent pair and supported by a knowledgeable back office man. :-)

  Mock Tudor replacement in 4 bed house

  Chosen as a result of watching them work on a neigbours' house and who had reported they were more than satisfied. Father and son team who did the replacement took pride in their work, keeping me informed of what they were doing. Removed waste material as it was produced and left the driveway clear of debris at the end of each working day. Job was completed per estimated schedule, which had made allowances for inclement weather when work could not be undertaken. The team were an affable and considerate pair who I was comfortable to leave working at my home in my absence.
