Gaby came to re-hang the door, which was coming off its hinges. Parts of the door frame were crumbling because the wood is old. Gaby explained that replacing the doorframe would become very costly because it would also damage the wall, which would need repairing. He replaced only the parts of the frame that were crumbling, and re-hung the door, saving me a lot of money. He came and gave a quote the next working day after I contacted the company, and had come back and fixed the door by the end of the day. He was polite, friendly and professional.
